Important information about Vaccinations and Immunisations

We at Bilton Medical Centre would like to make it clear that all the vaccinations and immunisations we provide are safe and NHS England approved.

Its is a duty of care that you and your family are protected against diseases. It is good for you and your family and its also good for your neighbour. Vaccinations are offered free of charge in the UK - Just book your appointments with your GP. Remember, as well as protecting your own baby, you're also protecting other babies and children by preventing the spread of the disease.

Also it may be that your child is prevented from going to nursery or school when the time comes if they have not been vaccinated. You have a duty of care to get your child vaccinated.

CHILD FLU NASAL - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are aware that the process by which the Flu nasal vaccination is made does indicate it has a certain gelatine content. However this has been debated by many Muslim Scholars, and many have deemed it as it is for medical purposes suitable for children. The documents below give all the reasons for your child to have the Flu nasal.

Should you wish to discuss this in more detail please contact Tanver Khan Assistant Practice Manager at Bilton  Medical Centre.
